Rehearsal Updates ~ Week of May 19th

Hello All,

I am sorry for all of the last minute changes. I am trying to manage the cast's time more efficiently, and shorten the rehearsal time for some of the Fagin's boys.

I think there may be a conflict for some of you with Scouts on Wednesday, but if you can work it out to be here I would really appreciate it.

Tues. May 19 Orphans 4:00-­6:00 Jill's House

Tues. May 19 630 REHEARSAL CANCELED

Wed. May 20 Scene Work 6:30­8:30 Jill's House

Bumble, Corney, Old Lady, Sally, Fagin, Dodger, Oliver, Mikayla, Brinley, Aidan

MacKay, Elsha, Anson, Eli, Coleman, Landon, Emma, Siena

Fri. May 22 Scene Work 4:30­7:00 Jill's House

Brownlow, Grimwig, Bedwin, Bumble, Nancy

Sat. May 23 Dance ­ Funeral /Coffin 9:00­10:30 Grace Church

Sat. May 23 Fagin's Boy Scenes 10:30­12:00 Grace Church

Sat. May 23 Run Show 1:00­5:00 Grace Church

We will run the show without the Fagin's Boys scenes and Food so the following cast members can leave at 12:00:

Elsha, Kyla, Coleman, Chase, Hailey, Carson, Devin, Scarlet, Rockwell, Landon, Kamryn, and Eli

As always, thank you for your support. Cast members, please LEARN YOUR LINES!!!! It's getting down to the wire. We should be able to run the show "off book" on Saturday. 

Also, the following cast members need to come for a costume fitting.

Kaya, Coleman, Enya, Preston, Carson, Devin, Aiden Morton, Brinley, Alayna, Mikayla (I will try to get these done on Tuesday.  ­If they could stay until 6:30 it would help) Sammy, Siena, Dekklan, Josh, Kirk, Emily, Cam, Lindsey­ peasant costume?, Jarom, All the Bow Street Runners, Emily, Jenni, Allie, Jacquelyn

I am available on Tuesday before 4, Wednesday at 8:30, Friday before 4 and after 7, Saturday after 6, Sunday before 1 or after 5.

Also, we will be painting sets this Sunday at Got Storage in Layton­. I know that's a difficult day for most of you, but if you can help it would be greatly appreciated. I will try to be there at 1:00.
