Costume Help Needed

To parents:

I have recently made a costume decision that will require a couple of seamstresses.  I need, for the younger girls, 8 gathered skirts with elastic waistbands, 8 aprons and someone to sew lace onto leotards.  I can make the skirts, if necessary, the aprons are harder for me.  The lace may be something each mother can do.  These costumes are for the feather dusters in who will buy.  I will pick up the material and a pattern and elastic. 

Let me know if you can make time for this project. 

Also, if anyone has black leotards, short or long sleeves, that we could use please let me know.
