Shirts, Tickets, Pictures & Program Ads

Hi all -

Thank you for your patience on ticketing this week, I was out of town for work. I am replying to all requests now and will have them at rehearsal later today for pick up.

Shirts:  I will have these at rehearsal this afternoon

Tickets: You can still get tickets from me through June 6th, after that all sales will be through ArtTix on the phone, web or at the box office.  I still have tickets for all shows except Monday.

Pictures: Please call Jim Thomas and arrange a time for your picture at his home (next to Heritage Park in Kaysville).  You will need to get your costume from Jill and bring it to your sitting.  All pictures must be taken by Sunday night, 6/7 or you will not have a photo displayed in the lobby.

Program Ads:  Ad space in our program is a great way to advertise and sponsor Jaks!  We print around 1,000 programs in full color.  The following space and pricing is available and I will invoice for non-profit donation.  Please help us solicit sponsors!

Oliver ~ Promotion Details

Hi all -

Oliver is the musical adaptation of Dickens' Oliver Twist. It's a well crafted tale complete with humor and drama and will delight audiences with outstanding musical numbers, Food Glorious Food, I'd Do Anything and Consider Yourself. This cast of young actors will engage and amaze you.

Run time: 135 minutes including 15 minute intermission.

Rehearsal Updates ~ Week of May 19th

Hello All,

I am sorry for all of the last minute changes. I am trying to manage the cast's time more efficiently, and shorten the rehearsal time for some of the Fagin's boys.

I think there may be a conflict for some of you with Scouts on Wednesday, but if you can work it out to be here I would really appreciate it.

Costume Help Needed

To parents:

I have recently made a costume decision that will require a couple of seamstresses.  I need, for the younger girls, 8 gathered skirts with elastic waistbands, 8 aprons and someone to sew lace onto leotards.  I can make the skirts, if necessary, the aprons are harder for me.  The lace may be something each mother can do.  These costumes are for the feather dusters in who will buy.  I will pick up the material and a pattern and elastic. 

Let me know if you can make time for this project. 

Also, if anyone has black leotards, short or long sleeves, that we could use please let me know.

Oliver! ~ AB Cast List

Dear Cast and Families,

Tickets will go on sale at the box office this week-ArtTix.  But we prepull a certain number of tickets so we can sell them directly to you.  This gets the tickets to you faster and avoids half of the service charge.  You can contact Beth to reserve those tickets starting today. 

The following is the breakdown of dates for the A B casts and the cast assignments.  It was necessary to make some changes in the line up for some of the cast members because we have three cast members who need to miss the Thursday and Friday shows of week two.  In order to accomodate that glitch in the line up I have switched the Monday and Friday shows.  This is only for the cast members and roles listed at the bottom of the cast list.  Please make a special note if you or your child are: Nancy, Mr. Sowerberry, Noah, or Mrs. Bedwin.
