MISC UPDATES

Dear Parents,

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL-THERE IS A LOT OF MISC. INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW.  THANKS. 

**I am having a meeting tomorrow (Monday) evening at 5:30 to get some ideas on promotion and to solicit help in some of the projects that we need to complete before Feb.  Please come and help.   Don't think you will not be needed-we really do need your help. 

**January tuition is due.  Please get it to me as soon as possible.  Also, if you got behind because of the holidays, please catch up now.  We have a lot of expenses coming up.  Thanks

**I need every family to do what they can to sell 20 tickets for the Jeanne Wagner performances (On sale now) and at least 5 for the second venue (information about that should be firmed up this week)  We have a really good show and all we need now is an audience (and a bunch more rehearsals)
NOTE:  If you are purchasing child or senior tickets for Jeanne Wagner you must do it by phone or at the box office.  They are not available on line.
Tickets for the second venue will be sold at the door.  Also, tickets purchased at the ArtTix box office are not subject to the full service charges.

**All boys, including Finch and Biggley need to come in the next two weeks for their costume fitting.  Also, I need to see Jameshia, Elizabeth, and Samantha J for their suit fittings.
