**IMPORTANT PRODUCTION UPDATES**

Hi everyone -

Here are a number of updates regarding our upcoming show!  We are very excited and it WILL be an excellent production.  Please read the following and get back to me where necessary.  We are just over a month out and need to get things moving!

Tickets:  Tickets are available for purchase now at www.arttix.org, 801-355-2787 or at the Jeanne Wagner box office.  Seats are assigned so please purchase soon to get your choice of the best seats.  Child and senior tickets need to be purchased over the phone or in person for the discounted rate.  For the Davis County shows tickets will be sold at the door only.  We need each family to sell 20 tickets for Jeanne Wagner and at least 5 for Davis County so let's start spreading the word!

Promotion:  We need all the help we can get with promotion!  The show will be posted on various web sites, we will create a Facebook event and we'll have fliers and posters available for distribution as soon as possible.  We are looking to get a spot on TV and radio.  We welcome any and all ideas as well as any time you are willing to commit to helping us get the word out. This is going to be a really professional, fun show and we don't want anyone in our potential audience missing out!

Volunteers:  As you know our shows would not happen without the help of our wonderful volunteers!  I am posting the sign up sheet here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AuC74T3RhlxPdG4yWmFlbkNYc2pFWGJXa3lMVGlNbGc or feel free to send me what you can do and I'll feel it in.  The Jeanne Wagner is very professional and strict and all staff will need to wear Jaks Staff badges.  Please let me know if you have yours from last time.

Programs:  We are selling advertising space in the programs.  We print approximately 800 full color programs for distribution.  The pricing is as follows:

Rehearsals:  It is essential that rehearsal be a priority for all cast members for the duration of the schedule.  Please ensure that you are on time and follow the studio/theater rules to avoid distractions.
