Social Update

NOTES:

I will need a rough head count for this event, so please let me know via text or email how many family members or friends will be coming.

I need 4 people to bake 3 dozen cookies each for the Social- Let me know if you would like to do this. Also, I will need them by Saturday morning May 20.

• Set up and Clean up
• Help with the food-making sure food and drink are replenished during the party 
• Help with clean-up during the party
• We will have two sound systems for this show and will need a second person to play the music, a second sound engineer to work the mic volume, and a lighting person to run the lights.
• Mic tech- to move the radio mics from cast member to cast member
• We will need at least 2 or 3 costume change helpers

I need to work with the Little Mermaid Quartet sometime before Saturday, Keelie-Cruella da vil,

Mikayla-Moana song. Please schedule time-it can be afternoon or evening Friday or early

Saturday morning. None of these will take a lot of time.


****EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS SHOW NEEDS TO COME ON TUESDAY MAY 9-AFTERNOON OR EVENING OR WEDNESDAY MAY 10 FOR A FINAL COSTUME FITTING-
