Hi, Cast and Parents,
We are in the final stretch and it's important to
make all the rehearsals. I will try not to waste time, but of course
when we are "running" the show there is down time for all. I am really
pleased with the show, but we still have a lot of fine-tuning to do, as
well as finishing Act II. Girls, I have some short wigs some of you can
wear, but if you have medium or long hair it needs to be put up,
neatly. So you might want to get some ideas now. If you need help, let
me know and I will find a professional hair dresser to help. I would
like some of you to wear your hair parted down the middle, in pigtails
with the hair tightly wrapped around each pigtail, or two braids pulled
up in loops (at least for the tap numbers. Even if your hair is short
try, at least for these two numbers, to put it in two tight pigtails.
Work on some ideas, please.
Tuition
is still an issue. As you know we have a lot of expenses, licensing,
sets, costumes, props, promo, theater rental, and the tuition doesn't
cover it, but it helps greatly. Please check your records and be sure
you are up-to-date with your tuition payments.
