June 11th Weekly Update

Dear Cast,

Thanks to all of you who helped with the yard sale on Saturday.  We did really well and made enough money to put the deposit on the Jeanne Wagner.  It was really amazing, and far exceeded my expectations.  Please thank your families, for their donations, their time, and their purchases.

We have a performance of How To Succeed numbers at the Kaysville Art Festival on this Saturday-June 16 evening.  This is a 30 minute program and begins at either 6:00 or 6:30.  I'll confirm the time.  Girls, please wear denim capris, black character shoes and a JAKS T shirt-not the glee shirt unless it's the only one you have.  If you don't have a JAKS shirt, we have a few extra  Boys please wear denim pants and a JAKS shirt, and black shoes.  Jazz shoes if you have them.


Okay.  So far this is what I came up with for the schedule
Sorry about the rehearsal tomorrow.  It's very difficult to coordinate schedules.  Please make it if you can.
Tues. June 12 Fundraiser Rehearsal 1:00-4:00 Performance Dance
Wed. June 13 Fundraiser Rehearsal 1:00-4:00  Performance Dance
Thurs. June 14 How To Succeed-Full Cast  1:00-3:45 Performance Dance
Fri. June 15 How To Succeed  1:00-4:00 Performance Dance 
Sat. June 16    How To Succeed 10:00-12:00 Performance Dance
Sat. June 16    Performance Kaysville Art & Music Festival.  Heritage Park in Kaysville, 6:30PM.  We will be there at the booth all day, beginning at 11AM.  http://www.kaysvillerec.com/Celebrate-Heritage-Park-Events.html

Also, anyone interested in Hard Knock Life for the Fundraiser be there on Tues and or Wed-both if possible
