H2S UPDATES

Great job, Kids.  We're getting there, and we will make it.  The following is a list of things we need to handle in order for this production to be a success, outside of the actual play.

Once again, please check your records to see if you are up to date on your tuition.  Then, send a check on Saturday, we have a lot of expenses coming up, lighting designer fees, truck rental, promotion, set costs, theater deposit for No. Davis and on and on.

We need as many hands as we can get to load the truck on Saturday Feb. 11 at 4:00 P.M. after rehearsal.  Please don't leave this work to the few parents who are always there and willing to help.  The more help we have the faster it will go.

Also, we need help at the theater on Sunday Feb. 12 at 10:00 AM or whenever you can make it.  We need as many people as we can get there by 10:00 to help unload the truck, but we invite you to come later if you can, to help with the construction and a million other things.

We are still in need of ads for the program.  You can always buy a personal ad to congratulate your actor-this was very common in California.  Or maybe Grandma and Grandpa would like this option.  Or, better yet, get a multimillionare friend to sponsor the whole thing. (We are non profit)

Please consider helping with the production, as set crew or greenroom helpers.  We need a lot of set crew for each performance.  You will have an opportunity to see the show from a completely different perspective.  Anyway, please email Beth and let her know where you can help and which performances you would like to work.

And Last, but not least.  I have heard that our ticket sales for Thursday are not good at all.  If you have tickets for other performances, think about maybe buying tickets for the opening as well.  Or get more friends an family to come.  I hope you are all seriously working on being responsible for at least 20 audience members for the Jeanne Wagner run.

Thanks.  Jill
