MILLIE SCHEDULE JAN 2013

Hi, Everyone.  Please look at this schedule carefully and let me know if you have any conflicts.  We are in the home stretch and have most of Act II to do. We are still doing well, but have no time to relearn scenes  because of absences.  I have left a lot of days open (no rehearsal and tba)  I will be using those days to rehearse with those of you who need coaching on your part, song, or dance. 
****Costumes are becoming a real issue now, and need all the help I can get with sewing.
****I will also need another costume fitting for every cast member as soon as possible SO SCHEDULE NOW!!!****Parent Meeting:  9:00 on Saturday Jan. 5 at Performance Dance.  Parents, plan to attend this very important meeting!!!!!

MILLIE DATES & TICKETS

Hello Everyone,

I have finally been able to get our second run dates.  They are not what I wanted and I hope you understand that venues are very had to come by.  Both Syracuse and Davis are using their black-boxes when we need them, and there just are no other venues to accommodate a show like Millie.   So, we take what we can get.

Millie show dates:
Jeanne Wagner, Salt Lake
Load in- Feb. 17
Tech Week-Feb. 18, 19, 20 4:00-9:00
Performances- Feb. 21, 22, 23 (two shows on Saturday)
Strike the sets by 12:00 Saturday 23rd

Zeigfeld Theater, Ogden
Load in-Feb.24
Performances-Feb. 25,26,27,28   All week days  Mon-Thurs.  We will start our show at 7:00 and the show will be over by 9:00. 
We will have one tech rehearsal at the Zeigfeld before we open at the Jeanne Wagner.  This will take the place of one of our Saturday rehearsals in February.

Ticket prices $10.00 adults and $7.00 for children under 12 and seniors 65+

We are trying to get the tickets in our hands for the Jeanne Wagner so you can give them away as Christmas presents.  As you know per the handbook each family is committed to sell (or buy) 20 tickets to the Salt Lake Shows, that is our most expensive venue.  I'm hoping it will help to have the actual tickets to sell as opposed to directing people to the website.  We will have pre-pulled tickets for you to sell until Feb. 1 when we need to return them to the box office.  These tickets will only have a $1.00 service charge instead of $2.75 you pay through ArtTix.

Recital Changes

Hi Recital Cast Members,

I made a mistake.  Karen's Christmas program starts at 5:00.  So we can practice from 3:00-4:00 and get dressed and head out to Layton High so we are there by 4:30.  I can take 4 of you with me, and have your parents pick you up at 6:00.  Sorry.

Karen's Recital Updates

Hi, Kids.

I have been working hard to get this program together for Karen's recital.  Because of the time of year we have a lot of cast members unable to do this performance. The Millie numbers I chose require the missing cast members and so I've had to re-think our part of the program.  This means that some of you won't be able to participate.  I'm very sorry, but really appreciate your willingness to support JAKS.  I have chosen the following numbers and listed the cast members I need for them.
