H2S Week of July 30th

Hi, Cast. 

Because of the workshop show and fund raiser I have almost no time this coming week.  However, we do need to go over act II.

Rehearsal:
Monday 6:30-8:30 All Boys, including Aidan, Dekklan and Kallam and Samantha J  Performance Dance
Friday 10:00-1:00 Full Cast Final rehearsal before tech week Performance Dance

Saturday, August 4th - Jaks Summer Concert

Everyone!!! Even if you didn't come to the rehearsal Saturday.
I need everyone in How To Succeed to perform Brotherhood of Man with us, if you are in town, on Saturday night.  Please invite friends and family- it will really help us out. 
Also, Natalie, Miranda, and Kali, you are planning to do the show, right?
Phillip and Cody, would you mind sharing some of the MC duties, and make sure Devin is there (at the reherasal too)
There will be a last minute rehearsal on Saturday morning at 9:00 and you need to be at the Ed Kenley (in Layton Park) at 6:00
And MOST IMPORTANT!!!! Make sure everyone you know comes on Saturday night 7:00-9:00 Ed Kenley $5.00
And last but not least....

There will be two bands playing on Saturday night and I would really like you to support them, listen, sing, clap, and DANCE (just jump around if you want).  It is important to the show!!!!!  And will get the audience more excited.

H2S Rehearsals Week of July 30th and Tech

Hi, Cast of How To Succeed,
Next week's rehearsal schedule is limited to Mon., Tues, Wed. after 1:00, and/or Mon. Tues. evening. Then we load in and begin tech week. I will get next weeks schedule to you as soon as possible.
LOAD IN-JEANNE WAGNER-Monday August 6   8:00...   We need as much help as we can get to load in the costumes and construct the sets.  The kids cannot be on stage during the set up, but can be in the dressing rooms.
TECH REHEARSALS:  Mon. August 6-Wed. August 8  4:00-9:00 

Hattie, Cody and Bryan -We are doing head shots this week- Thursday at 7:00 at Performance Dance.  It won't take long.
Also, I need you to come this week for a costume fitting so please let me know when you are available.

H2S Rehearsal

HI, Cast of How To Succeed.  You have the weekend off.  I am out of town until Sunday.  But, please review your lines and songs.  We will rehearse again on Monday July 23 1:00-3:00 and again Wednesday 6:00-8:00 and Thursday 1:00-3:00, and Friday 7:00-9:00.  Hope you can all make an effort to attend most of these.  We are just a few weeks away from our opening and remember this is going to be even a better show than last time.  But you kids need to start coming to rehearsals now.  Thanks.  Jill

**Fundraiser Rehearsal**

Howdy Kids.  As you know JAKS is having a concert to raise money (for JAKS).  And JAKS performers have a big part in the program.  We will be doing numbers from Grease, JAKS Glee Club, Annie, and How To Succeed in Business.

If you are interested in participating (and we'd really love to have you) please come to the rehearsal Saturday July 28, Performance Dance 10:00-1:00.  This is a very important rehearsal.  I may be able to schedule a couple next week as well, so look for those as well. Thanks.  I am really looking forward to getting together again.

Hi, Sorry for the late notice.  I am still trying to coordinate schedules, especially for Cody, who is new to the Frump part. 
Full cast- I need everyone there, so please do your best to be at Performance Dance on Tuesday, tomorrow, 3:00-6:00. Please be on time. This will be the last rehearsal this week, I am out of town Wed-Sun.  But I will have a schedule ready for next week before I leave.  Thanks.  Jill

Because Daniel, Bryan, Miranda, Kali, and Natalie (at least) are leaving on vacation I need to schedule a rehearsal for tomorrow Tuesday, 06/11 3:00-6:00.  Hope it works for everyone, because I need to run the show.  See you then.  Jill

H2S July 8th Updates

Hi Cast,

Plan on rehearsal on Monday July 9, at 1:00, and another day next week.  Also, we will rehearse on Saturday.  I need you to send me any schedule conflicts that we may need to work around.  I am especially interested in Daniel and Cody. We need to teach the new parts in Secretary is not a Toy (everyone is involved in this dance-except James) and we need everyone there.  Also, we will run the show as often as we can from now until tech week. 

Saturday afternoon, I plan to have a "benefit" rehearsal.  We need to get those numbers up to speed.  And we need as many of you as we can get including alumni cast.

Also, we are still looking for a cast for our workshop.  Performances on August 2 and 3.  Please come and join us, we need you.  Performance Dance 10:00-1:00 Mon-Thurs.

H2S July 2nd Updates

Hi, Cast.  I was talking to some of the dancers at rehearsal on Saturday and we came up with a couple of rehearsal dates and times for Secretary is not a toy.  If you are on the list please do what you can to make these two rehearsals, sorry about the late notice.  I only need the following people:
Belle, Abby, Hannah L, Sammy
Rylan, Bryan, Brycen
Everyone is in this number but we're going to try to work out a "Lindy" routine, so we don't need everyone there.
Performance Dance 1:00-4:00-Monday July 2 and Tuesday July 3

JAKS Summer workshop starts tomorrow, Monday, and I really hope some of you plan to join us.  It will be fun and there's a lot of good music.  10:00-1:00-Performance Dance Mon-Thurs

Cody, who is playing Frump will be back in town around the 9th of July.  Plan to start rehearsing a lot more after he returns, and please plan to be at rehearsals.  Now it's just one month away and it's time to really work. 
Tickets will go on sale around the 8th of July.  Cast A will Open and close (Thursday and Saturday night)
Cast B will do the Friday night and Saturday Matinee shows.  Bailey and Windy will switch, Bailey will do Thursday and Friday and Windy will do Saturday matinee and Saturday night. Brotherhood of Man will be: Bailey, Thursday, Abby, Friday, Sammy-Saturday Matinee, Miranda-Saturday night. Please plan to get at least 20 family and friends to buy tickets-more would be better.  Thanks.  I am really excited.  This will be a really great show.  Jill
