**GLEE IN JUNE**

Cast, Crew and JAKS Families:

Thank you for all of your hard work. Cast, you were wonderful and professional, Crew: PIBS, Greenroom, Refreshments, Tickets and Ushers, we couldn't have done it without you. And Families, your promotion to freinds and relatives brought our audience. Audience is really what we do this for. The cast worked very hard and deserved the audiences. Keep up the good work for the June dates.

RE: June shows
We will need some additional props and set pieces, if you can help let us know.
1. 2 more small tables like the ones in Trashin the camp
2. 3 round white table cloths to fit
3. 5 red vases (like you see in restaurants) to hold the tea lights
4. 6-8 chairs (iron, maybe or black) for Trashin
5. colorful lawn chairs
6. radio flyer red wagon
7. snorkel tubes
8. pink dust ruffle and bright pink floral or patterned comforter and pillow shams
9. disco ball

We will need to block set crew and casts entrances and exits, because it will not be dark.
I'll schedule some rehearsals for both in early June.

****I would like to get a commitment from 5 people to work set crew for both June shows. You will need to come to the above mentioned rehearsal. AND, because you will be seen, I have worked you into the show (sort of) and I will need to get a couple of things.
You will need to wear 2 "costumes"
1. Coveralls ( I'm not sure what color) with JAKS Theatre Company printed on the back
and cap with JAKS Theatre Company on front.
2. Cabana costume - Tan pants, red or blue or tan deck shoes (I haven't decided), and a white (Hawaiian style)shirt with JAKS Theatre Company on the back

***So I need to know who you are and what size coveralls, shirt and shoes you wear, also if you don't have tan pants, I need your pant size.

ROLLER SKATES

Dear Cast: If you can roller skate well, please let me know. I have an idea for a song we didn't have a chance to complete for the first run. And, if you have skates (inline are fine) let me know. Thanks. Jill
