Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot make these rehearsals. I may need to make changes.  I need everyone at the scene work rehearsals from now on.  We don’t have time to go over the material for those who miss.  It will be a juggling act. I will finish the schedule when I have the data from you.

Also, please let me know days and times that you absolutely cannot be available for rehearsal, and also days that are best for you.  I will schedule rehearsals from 4:00-5:30 and 6:00-7:30 (or 8:00)  I can be a little flexible with these times.  Please make JAKS a priority for the next couple of months.  You are doing a good job, but it’s time to be GREAT!  Every one of you can be great, but greatness comes at a cost…HARD WORK and dedication.  You are all part of a team and we have the ability to create something AWESOME!!!!  Let’s get to work.  Jill

**Rehearsal Update**

Hi, Cast.  Saturday's (11/12) dance rehearsals will now be at Performance Dance from 10:30-12:00 through December.  I will close the studio between 12:00 and 1:00.  I will be available to take some of the kids to lunch with me, or they can go with an older student (with parent approval).

This Saturday's dance rehearsal:  Main dancers (Coffee Break Main Dancers) and Trevor, James, Shane, Dekklan, Ethan, Andrew and Tucker only.

Rehearsal Saturday:
1:00-2:30  Run the scenes.  I will need Finch, Frump, Rosemary, Biggley, Hedy, Smitty, Gatch, Miss Jones, Miss Krumholtz, Twimble, Bratt,
and Scrub Women 1&2, Dekklan and Andrew.
***Please be on time, I know some of you need to leave early because of your other show, so lets use the time we have to full advantage.

Week of 10.17.11 Updates

The scene work rehearsal on Tuesday is still on, The full cast rehearsal on Wed. is still on, but we will be working on Coffee Break.  We are a little bit behind my schedule.  Also, the Thursday rehearsal for Old Ivy and Scrubwomen has been cancelled.  We aren't ready for that scene yet.  But I have been invited to consult on a new theater that is being considered in the Salt Lake area, so I will be going to that meeting on Thursday.  Friday's rehearsal is still on.  Dance Saturday morning will be Coffee Break, not Secretary and I need only the following cast members:
Windy, Bailey, Natalie, Abby, Belle, Valerie, Hannah Kinworthy, Megan, Sammy, and Hannah Larsen

If you are in the dance part of Coffee Break that we learned on Saturday, nothing has changed, you will still do that part.  This rehearsal is for a different part of that number.  If you are not on the above list, you will be doing other choreography that we will learn later.  Thanks.  Jill
